Industrial Technology Student Absent Procedure
Classroom Instruction
- Classes will be taught using zoom. Students who are absent are to email the teacher before the class begins and will be given instructions on how to zoom the lesson. .
- Any assignments will be posted on Google classroom. The students will need to check their accounts to get the assignments.
- Any assignment can be turned in either by Classroom or by e-mail.
Shop Instruction
- Students who are building projects or working on projects in the shop will be exempt from a grade on the days they are missing.
- If students miss too many days and are falling behind on their projects they may be required to come in during study hall to get caught up.
- Any assignment that can be done at home the teacher will instruct the students on what is expected.
Zoom guidelines.
1. Request for Zoom before class.
2. Be in Zoom and prepared when class begins.
3. Participate in class and be present the whole class time.
Simply put, if you are in a Zoom, you should act as if you were sitting in your desk for class.
