I graduated from Lynch Public School in 2007.  I attended Peru State College and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master of Arts in K-8 / 7-12 Administration and my Educational Specialist degrees from the University of Nebraska Kearney.  

I previously taught 4th grade at Broken Bow Public Schools from 2011-2014. I also was the Technology Integration Specialist at Broken Bow Public Schools from 2014-2016. I started at Humphrey Public School in 2016 as the PK-12 Principal. I served in this role for five years and then transitioned to Elementary Principal for one year.  I'm starting my second year as Superintendent of HPS.  While in Humphrey, I helped coach junior high and high school boys basketball.  While I’m not working, I enjoy golfing, doing yard work, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and attending HPS activities. My family consists of my wife, Nicole, and our children Eli and Emersyn.
