I graduated from Auburn High School in 1984. I attended Dana College and received my Bachelors degree. I also attended Creighton University and earned my Masters degree in 2010. I previously taught at Creighton Prep for 23 years, from 2000-2023 (Strength and Conditioning / Physical Education/ Fitness for life I, II and III), was the University of Nebraska undergrad strength coach 1987-88, at Dana College strength coach in 1994, at Northwest Missouri State Graduate Asst. (Strength Coach) in 1995, and at Oregon State University 1995-1998. I started teaching at HPS in 2026. I teach Strength and Conditioning classes, lifetime fitness, and freshman PE.  I am coaching Football, golf, and powerlifting. While I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and golfing. My family includes my wife Joy, daughters Emalee and Ashlee, Son-in-law Logan, and grandbabies Gus, Mila, and Preston.
