I graduated from Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa. I attended UNO College and received my Bachelor Degree in Secondary Education and Master Degree in Secondary Education and Mathematics with an Endorsement in Instructional Technology. I taught at Bryan Middle School, Bellevue for 1 year and at Buffett Middle School, Omaha for 18 years. I started teaching at HPS in 2023. I teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra B, Computers 7/8, Study Skills. I also work with the seniors in Pathways, the Sophomores in Spanish 1, and the 5/6 graders for some math. While I’m not working, I enjoy reading, running, dancing, knitting, and playing with my babies. My family includes my husband (Cory), Daughter (Julia), and my sons (Gabe, Owen, and Dillon).
